Truth be told we're constantly deciding each minute and those decisions we make most times are favourable and natural, while some come off with uncertainty. Mastering the act of decision making is an essential for navigating life with confidence and purpose. Let's dive in!

The world we live in today is collectively defined by decision makers. The entrepreneur, the models, the engineers, even the artists. Generally, to have an edge, you need to learn how to properly make decisions. The fear of failure has been a contender to decision making. Realistically speaking, even if you're afraid to fail, you still have to choose an alternate option. Our lives are built around decisions. So even if you're afraid, you could still choose to be subtle, and take things slowly.

  • Evaluate your options: Create a simple list for advantages, and disadvantages for each option. Highlight long term benefits, and also short term benefits as well as the challenges
  • Trust your intuition, and take action: Sometimes your gut feeling guides you when logic isn't impactful. When you've analysed and reflected, act decisively, as most times delay often leads to anxiety and stress.
  • Learn from outcomes.
